FREE SHIPPING for this New Old Stock 1930's 1940's original etched wire frame made in Rathenow Germany by Stegsee. The condition is like it came off the factory line yesterday. But they are 80 years old!

The color is yellow gold and the lens holders white gold (silver).
The frame is gold filled.

There is a makers mark stamped in the temple arms: STEGSEE. This was a known brand from Germany. Steg stands for Stegmann and See for Seeger. The company was based in Rathenow, which was the town where dozens of eyeglasses manufacturing companies were based, comparable to Morez in the Jura, France.
