Antique glasses nose pinch (pince nez) spectacles that can widen horizontally and is held on the nose through a visible spring system. This bar-spring pince-nez system is called astig. One size fits all! This model has side shields and is utterly rare, especially in this NEW old stock condition.

The mechanism still works great, it pinches well, the cork nose pads are in tact. The mesh has some discoloration, please study the pictures well. The side shields can be folded in so it will fit better in a case.

Total Width when stretched out: 110mm, and 102mm when not stretched.
The lens width is 40mm, height is 30mm.
